James M. Lohman, SIOR - MANAGING MEMBER

Jim began his real estate career in Indianapolis developing Industrial Parks including construction of an average of 200,000 of spec-space annually.  Since then he has managed real estate sales portfolios for major developers with properties located from Wyoming to Florida to New York .  In his 36 years in real estate, Jim has leased, managed, and sold office space, industrial sites, and retail anchor and retail shop space in 30 states.

Throughout his career, Jim has managed the Marketing Departments of several regional real estate firms.  His management skills include a strong emphasis on budgets and overall cost control.  However, his primary responsibility has centered around the direction of the leasing/sales team.  His experience in property management has allowed him to successfully coordinate activities between leasing and property management with a clear understanding of the maximization of return on investment.

Jim uses the team approach to all major assignments which places a Senior Real Estate Advisor with one or more leasing/sales associates together sharing responsibilities.

Fletcher has significant experience in all aspects of Industrial and Commercial real estate. He has been responsible for acquisitions and developments, leasing and marketing, and dispositions representing buyers and sellers.  Clients serviced include Triple Crown Services, Finanacial Holding Corporation, ITT, Crown Coating, L.H. Carbide and Summit Park.  Commercial projects include 14/69 Auto Mall, Valley Outlet Center, and Summit Oaks.  Other assignments have included feasibility studies, financing, site selection, and construction assistance. e-mail
